  “Neil, Trish, and the team at Hudson's catered our wedding in February 2021. They were absolutely amazing and we couldn't recommend them more highly! They were incredibly communicative, helpful, and flexible in the lead up to the big day and made sure that we had exactly the menu that we wanted, taking into account our guests' many dietary requirements. They even helped us organise a cheese tower wedding cake. In a very unexpected turn of events, our wedding, which was supposed to be on 13 February, was cancelled in the afternoon of 12 February due a hard Covid-19 lock down in Victoria. We were devastated, but Neil moved things around so that we could reschedule to the following weekend. In the end, he catered our wedding at no extra cost to us and a very significant cost to him, given the change of date. We can't thank Neil enough for his kindness. The food looked beautiful, was DELICIOUS, and there was so much of it that we didn't even make a dent! Our guests are still talking about how good it all was. Thanks again Neil and Trish!”

  “I would just like to thank you for organising all the wonderful food for our party last Saturday night, please also pass on our thanks to your chefs. Everyone loved the canapés, having it already on platters and with instructions made it so easy for our young helpers. We didn’t get to have much of the bowl food as I think I over ordered. However they made for a beautiful lunch the next day and left over’s for the week. Our favourite was the risotto and the vegetable tagine – absolutely delicious! Thank you also for coming to pick up all the platters, crates etc. In researching caterers for our function, you were definitely the most lovely person to deal with and your flexibility with the menu choices was terrific.”
